Gulf Coast Special Systems designs, installs and services fire alarm systems. We are distributors of
Honeywell’s Firelite and
Gamewell/FCI’s addressable fire alarm panels scalable from small commercial spaces to high rise buildings to large campuses.
There are at least 3 other distributors within 100 miles of our office for these fire alarm manufacturers. As such, when GCSS installs one of these systems the building owner has a choice whether to use us as their service providers. GCSS proudly highlights this choice because it encourages us to continue to actually provide outstanding customer service and not just use it as a catchy marketing phrase.
Design
GCSS has staff NICET certified in fire alarm design as well an active certified firefighter. This gives us the unique ability to not only design a system in accordance with Code but also to help mitigate against common fire causes and false alarms.
Installation
We take pride in the fact that in over 10 years of business, we have
never missed an installation deadline! GCSS practices effective, efficient installation practices that not only get the job done quicker, but also with the highest standards. We understand this is a life safety system and it must work when needed while not causing constant nuisance alarms.
Service/Inspections
When your system is down or in need of service, we know the importance of getting it back up as quickly as possible. This is why we can respond immediately to your facility, day or night, usually within 2 hours for emergencies. We are able to do your annual inspections on ANY fire alarm panel.
